Our business started out very small. With only a few clients a day and a one person crew we never quit. That was more than 20 years ago. Since then we've added nine more people to our team. Being a big family we've been able to keep it all in the family. Being family owned and operated enables us to give our clients security, satisfaction, and the assurance that we'll treat their home as if it's our own. In this business there is great competition. Treating people like family and not just like a customer is one of the many ways we show respect for you and your home. One of the reasons we've grown so big is that we're not worrying about how many new clients we can get, but focusing on our regular clients and keeping them happy. Getting a new big client is great but not hard. Keeping that client forever is!! And that's what our goal is with everyone no matter how big or how small. Advertising is good but word of mouth is unbelievable. Since the beginning we've never been the kind of business that has you playing phone tag with a machine. When you call us your guaranteed to talk to a real person. Plus we don't make you wait for an estimate, we give it to you right then and there 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We understand your time is valuable and you don't have time to waste. Lets face it, if you had time to waste you wouldn't need us. Also, by providing all the supplies and equipment gives you one less thing for you to have to worry about.
